There we gooooo.
I deleted the previous tutorials before cause I have "updated" since then.
This is how I do my stuff.
Brushes from *Stiir ~yumedust *Tatchit

Download if you cant see very well.
I use photoshop cs5 and bamboo tablet.I HOPE THIS WILL HELP SOMEWHAT. Sorry for any spelling mistakes and errors.

I use PS elements 8.0 and I don't know how to make a clipping mask I right clicked and there is nothing that says clipping....any suggestions to were it could be?

The artists who made some of the brushes are linked in the description, go to their gallery and find the brush its often in the featured folder.
You download, and put the ABR file into your presets-brushes folder in the art program that you got, dont know how it looks in other art programs but thats how you do it in Photoshop
